‘HERMES-X30’ FUTURISTIC ELECTRIC BOBBER SPORTS GEOMETRIC BODY AND CYBERPUNK AESTHETICS

Drawing influence from the aesthetics of the Cyberpunk 2077 video game, Ravichandra Madhavarapu designed ‘Hermes-X30’, a futuristic electric motorcycle concept with a bold geometric look. The cafe racer features a striking design with a flat saddle, and a rectangular body, while the beamers have a subdued filter on them to portray a grim look. The result sees a cyberpunk bobber with a grunge character that matches Keanu Reeve’s dark persona perfectly.

DA VINCI ‘DC100’ IS A ROBOT ON TWO WHEELS WITH 1,000+ COMPUTER CHIPS & 200+ SENSORS

The high-performance electric motorcycle Davinci DC100 is dubbed as a robot on two wheels thanks to over 1,000 computer chips and over 200 advanced sensors inside its motorcycle design. These sensors and chips help the riders keep track of accurate information about their environment, vehicle movement status, road conditions, battery and motor temperature, and lean angle, to name a few.
While riding, the DC100 will combine this data to control the motorcycle’s power system. Davinci has created a smart robot in the body of the motorcycle, and with this kind of technology, perhaps a real-life transformer can become a potential vehicle in the future.

SOLID CRS-01 IS A BRUTALIST ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLE OOZING DYSTOPIAN ENERGY

Product design duo Jeroen Claus and Fabian Breës from Belgium-based studio VoyagerCo. have been commissioned by a Dutch startup, SOLID EV, to build an electric motorcycle with strong brutalist references, dubbed the CRS-01. Sporting an unusually boxy frame, the limited-edition ride strikes as a shape-shifting steel machine, oozing dystopian-like qualities with its modular features, industrial gray-scale palette, and powerful bulky wheels that are sure to speed off at an impressive range.

Dubbed the Tesla Model M, the bike has been created for the future adventurer that values multifunctionality, efficiency, and eco-friendly means of individual transportation.Geometric lines, together with a leaning forward stance, make this electric bike futuristic yet retro-fashioned.

The Jakarta-based Moto Designs describes its brand as a motorcycle enthusiast. Sure enough, its Instagram feed appeals to both motorbike devotees and aesthetic cults. From the detailed and polished images to the wit-driven captions, Moto Designs cover the bases of luring its audience into what it creates, restores, and designs. But a new addition to its family seems to hog all the spotlight. ‘You can be fun at times, and two years ago, someone ordered a motorbike design like this,’ writes Moto Designs. Swedish startup STILRIDE builds sustainable electric motorcycles and scooters using a novel process called ‘industrial origami’. Combining innovative robotics, and design, the company folds single sheets of recyclable steel into intricate, durable vehicles. In this way, founders Tue Beijer and Jonas Nyvang hope to introduce a viable and more sustainable way to manufacture and distribute high-performance electric products all across the globe.

‘You dream it, we build it!’ That’s the motto of Wayne Buys, a custom bike specialist from Gqeberha, South Africa, who goes by the name FabMan Creations. For his latest project, Buys has modified a low-mileage BMW R nineT for a client that was looking for an aircraft inspired ride. Dubbed ‘Storm’, the final motorbike is articulated by a curved aluminum body that gives it a retro-futuristic aesthetic.

CUSTOM SUZUKI GN250 PAYS TRIBUTE TO CUBISM WITH BOXY GEOMETRIES
Free Spirit Motorcycles, a small professional brand from Slovakia, builds bikes for free-spirited, urban people who create the new culture of modern cities by fusing the old and modern technologies. It marries a modern lifestyle with retro designs, offering bikers rides for riding and not for display. For its new offering, the brand has unveiled ‘cubus’, a custom-designed Suzuki GN250 that pays tribute to cubism, an early twentieth-century style and movement that use geometric shapes.
During its render, slavo danko, the man behind the brand and the re-design, posted the motorcycle’s exhaust system where two stainless pipes meet in a specially designed muffler and are finished with stainless core and aluminum 3D-milled sides. ‘After the satin-black paint of the stainless parts and the sand-blasting and brushing of aluminum, everything will be riveted together by sealing blind rivets,’ says designer and owner Danko.

Swedish brand CAKE imagines itself at the forefront of the global transition to a zero-emission society by taking concrete actions over its text-based mission. For years, the electric bike company has produced lightweight and sustainable-infused electric motorcycles as part of its belief in sharing the environment with respect by riding a motorcycle without air or sound pollution. On March 24th, it took its mission to greater heights by saying goodbye to plastic as a material used in its products, anchoring the aim of bringing about a sustainable option to plastics suitable for use in the vehicle industry.

UNVEILING ‘HYDRA’, A CYBERPUNK E-BIKE POWERED BY HYDROGEN

Designer trio Anton Guzhov, Anton Brousseau, and André Taylforth recently shared their vision for ‘Hydra,’ a concept e-bike powered by the most abundant resource there is: hydrogen. While traditional motorcycles run on lithium-ion batteries, this hypothetical ride is powered by hydrogen fuel cells, meaning it emits heat and water instead of fumes. Checking most boxes in the sustainability department, it remains to be seen whether this zero-emission electric bike can further expand into a sellable product.
