by monocircus from japan
As if like an outstanding Fashion collection but in the World of Nature,
there is a great variety of butterflies and moths ‘dressed’ in exquisite patterns.
And these beautiful patterns of Nature have always been very popular motifs for design.
Monocircus has on several occasions adapted the motif of butterflies in our work, and every time we get touched by new discoveries with this motif.
For this design of Isbell, the focus is not just on the wings but the entire silhouette.
The motif is adapted from the Moon Moth, also known as Graellsia Isabellae that can be found in France and Spain.
This moth is also known to be ‘stain-glass moth’ for its intricate patterns on the wings like a crafted stain glass.
The Moon Moth is said to be symbolic of regeneration or a new beginning.
We hope you will enjoy this intricate and unique item whether for formal or casual occasions.
The Turquoise color option for this item is of a light turquoise and pale green gradation.
And the Pinkbeige color option is of a grey and pinkbeige gradation.
