Johnsons Fleet Services has been named Fleet Dealer of the Year at the 2023 Fleet News Awards.
The business, which is a division of independent retailing group Johnsons Cars, previously won the title in 2021.
This year it beat competition from Arbury Motor Group, Motus Commercials, Pentagon Corporate Fleet and last year's winner TrustFord. TrustFord was Highly Commended in this year's awards.
Louise Baker, head of fleet operations at Johnsons Fleet Services, said: "This is our eighth consecutive year of being shortlisted for this award and our third win! This is a genuine reflection on a team driven by passion, commitment and integrity. There is no greater confirmation that we are doing a great job for our customers than receiving this recognition.
"We operate a customer-centric business that recognises the need to constantly evolve and develop in order to adapt to the ever-changing environment and our customers’ needs. We have had so many challenges over recent years, but our team always rises to the challenge and does so while injecting an element of fun and laughter into our day, making us more like a close-knit family than work colleagues.

Fleet News judges said: "This fleet specialist manages the end-to-end service for its customers and has strengthened its proposition since opening a dedicated fleet facility. Fleet champions ensure a smooth, speedy aftersales service, while a robust escalation process minimises vehicle off-road times. A focus on staff mental health and well-being plays an important part in its customer satisfaction scores which are further boosted by Johnsons’ total transparency with customers and suppliers."
BMW was named Manufacturer of the Year: Car, by Fleet News readers, while Ford Pro picked up the Manufacturer of the Year: Van title.
